Tickets for the conference party on 8 June are not included in the registration fee and are non-refundable. Tickets can be booked seperately through the online registration. Further information on price will follow soon. 

All registration fees include 21% VAT

It is required by the local authorities that we charge local VAT, hence the reverse charge mechanism does not apply and it is therefore not possible for attendees, that are taxable persons in another EU country or established outside EU, to receive an invoice without local VAT. However, it cannot be excluded that local regulations may apply, e.g. exemption of VAT, such as the admission fee from a local VAT point of view is considered as VAT exempted educational services.

If local VAT is levied on the admission fees, it may be possible for you to reclaim the VAT in your business, either via your VAT return if you are registered for VAT in Holland, alternatively via the VAT refund scheme cf. 8th and 13th EU Directive.

Special dietary requirements

Please remember to indiciate in the online registration if you have any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, allergies etc.).


Invitation letter

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.

Payment terms

By bank transfer or credit card (only master and visa) through the online registration system. Payment by bank transfer is due immediately upon receiving the invoice.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat at
Cancellations postmarked before 5 April 2018 will be refunded deducting an administration costs of 30 EUR.
After 5 April 2018, registration fees are non-refundable.
Tickets for the conference dinner and hotel rooms are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the Conference.
